Conditiva take a pragmatic approach to delivery. The goal is that the project should be both adaptive and agile, yet also managed within a clearly defined set of boundaries that are agreed and signed off up front. At all times, the project team need to be focused on realising the business case.
To initiate the project, Conditiva will provide guidance on the key information that is required in advance of the formal project start date. Conditiva will then lead discovery workshops to capture the specifications for the configuration of the solution, integration points and associated processes.
Implementation activities are undertaken through an agile approach but will follow the strategic design principles defined during the discovery phase. Customers will be able to closely track and influence the evolution of the solution as it progresses, whilst realising iterative benefit.
Conditiva will then take responsibility for Testing and Deployment activities. We recommend a period of Hypercare to ensure that the solution is working to the customer’s requirements and that adoption is maximised. Thereafter, we can provide tailored support packages to provide our customers with long term certainty and assurance relating to the delivery.
